Christina Nelson owns and operates C. Marie Agency to assist numerous organizations and individual clients each year with the research, planning, negotiations, booking, coordination, facilitation, and administration necessary to create successful events, programs, and activities that range from professional seminars to family gatherings. Christina brings over 20 years of professional work experience to the company, with expertise in:

• Research, planning, and booking of event venues, services, entertainment, and activities.
• Contract writing and negotiations, including legal terms used for rules, regulations, standards, and compliance.
• Coordination of all aspects of each event, from planning, marketing, website administration, and participant registration to travel schedules, vendor management, set-up, event facilitation, and post-event procedures.
• High-volume communications, serving as a representative to people of all personal and professional backgrounds.
• Administrative services that range from budgeting and finances to data management and reporting.

Recent events include an annual 3-day conference with 1,500+ attendees and several destination parties and vacations for special events such as birthdays, showers, retirements, and reunions. Christina also manages booking for regular clients such as Gospel Recording Artist Jonathan Nelson.

Prior to C. Marie Agency, Christina held senior-level roles as a Contract, Invoicing, and Purchasing Agent for respected corporations such as GE Information Services as well as federal government agencies. Within these positions, Christina gained valuable experience in research, planning, budgets and finances, contract administration, corporate events, and business operations that which transfers well into roles such as Business Owner, Booking Agent, Event Planner, Administrator, and Operations Manager.

Christina Nelson has impressive academic credentials as well. She completed Bachelor of Science coursework in Business Administration and continually improves her academic competence through professional seminars and programs like Six Sigma Certification.
